Residential Remodeling in Los Angeles

We remodel kitchens, bathrooms and interiors across Los Angeles and the communities within about 30 miles. That includes Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Sherman Oaks, Calabasas and Burbank.

Every project starts with a written scope. Before demo begins, you know what is included and what is not.

Most of our work happens in homes people are still living in. We control dust, protect the finishes that are staying, and clean up at the end of each day.

Kitchen Remodeling

We handle full kitchen renovations. That covers layout changes, cabinets, countertops, tile and backsplash, lighting and fixtures.

Layout comes first. Moving a sink or a wall also moves the plumbing and electrical behind it, so we settle that before anything is ordered.

We also help you compare material and layout options and coordinate the selections.

Bathroom Remodeling

We remodel bathrooms of any size, from updating one room to a full renovation with a new layout. That covers showers, tubs, walk-in showers, tile, waterproofing, vanities and fixtures.

We waterproof before the tile goes on. That work sits behind the finish, so it has to be done right the first time.

Interior Remodeling

We handle interior work beyond the kitchen and bath. Drywall and plaster, doors, trim and millwork, finish carpentry and built-ins.

On multi-room projects we schedule the trades in the right order so the job keeps moving.

What Every Project Includes

Every custom home remodeling project runs the same way, whether it is one bathroom or a full floor.

A Written Scope

You get a written estimate after the on-site walkthrough. It lists the work we agreed on. Anything added later is discussed with you first.

Help With Material Selections

We help you compare practical material and layout options. Then we coordinate the ordering so materials arrive when the schedule needs them.

One Point of Contact

We bring in licensed specialty trades when a project needs them and schedule their work. You deal with us, not with each subcontractor.

See Our Work and Get a Quote

Recent kitchen, bathroom and interior projects are in the project gallery. When you are ready, request a quote and we will set up an on-site walkthrough. We usually respond within one business day.

What types of projects do you take on?

We focus primarily on residential remodeling and improvement projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, interior renovations, carpentry, tile and related construction. That covers full gut renovations, single-room remodels, and the finish work that ties a house back together afterward, such as drywall, plaster, trim, doors and millwork. If your project sits somewhere between those categories, describe it and we will tell you honestly whether it is a fit.

Do you take small jobs?

We evaluate projects individually. Our primary focus is defined remodeling and improvement projects rather than routine handyman or service-call work. A small project with a clear scope, like a powder room or a run of built-in cabinetry, is often a good fit. A list of unrelated household repairs usually is not, and we would rather point you elsewhere than take work we are not set up to do well.

Do you provide estimates?

Yes. We start with a conversation about the project and typically schedule an on-site walkthrough before preparing a proposal. The walkthrough matters because existing conditions drive cost more than anything else in an older Los Angeles home, and a number given without seeing the space is a guess. After the visit you get a written proposal that lays out the agreed scope of work in plain language.

Can you help with material and design decisions?

Yes. We can help homeowners evaluate practical material, layout and construction options and coordinate selections as part of the project. That usually means talking through how a tile, counter or cabinet choice will hold up in daily use, what it takes to install, and how it affects the schedule. You make the final call on the look. We make sure the choice works with the construction behind it.

Do you use subcontractors?

Where licensed specialty trades are required, qualified trade professionals are coordinated as part of the project. Plumbing, electrical and similar work is performed by licensed trades, scheduled in the right sequence so nothing gets opened up twice. You still deal with one point of contact throughout, and coordination between the trades stays our responsibility rather than yours.
